We are looking for a Technical Administrator to join our technical team, who act as a shared service to the variety of companies that recognise the Fresh Produce Centre as their home.

Reporting to the Account Technical Manager, the purpose of this role is to develop and maintain our customer and internal data requirements.

It’ll be your responsibility to collate, present and analyse accurate data to the team, enabling them to articulate the information back to our customers. With a key focus on due diligence and compliance, our ideal candidate will be well organised, with a key eye for detail.

You’ll also be managing details of any customer complaints and details and supporting accurate costing information to enable the technical teams to be able to forecast for the future. As much of this information is compiled using Microsoft Excel, we’re ideally looking for someone who is proficient with using the software.

This role presents a fantastic opportunity to gain a basic understanding of our technical operations, providing a platform for progression and development within a fast-paced and dynamic team.

Our perfect Technical Administrator would be:

  • Trained in using Excel (preferably to an advanced level) and comfortable with Pivot tables, Power pivot and basic formulas.
  • Organised with an excellent attention to detail
  • Able to understand and interpret customer requirements
  • An excellent communicator

The hours you would work:

Monday to Friday, 8am until 5pm, to include occasional weekend working on a rota basis (40 hours per week).
